It is not a requirement to live in our Sober Living Home during your treatment with Oakvine. Some patients alternatively choose to return to their own home or family’s home at the end of each day’s treatment session. However, during the first several months of treatment, the risk for relapse is high. Caring, professional staffers, many of whom are in long-term recovery themselves, provide needed structure, accountability, and support in a substance-free environment.
