Oakvine’s Unique 3-Stage Substance Abuse Recovery Program
Treating a substance use disorder is complex, but it’s possible. Left untreated, it affects brain function and behavior. It can lead to broken relationships, prison, or worse, death.
You can find sobriety and we know that we can help you do it. We continually strive to be regarded as one of the most cutting-edge and leading drug rehabs Austin offers
Oakvine provides customized treatment in a unique 3-Stage Program.
Clients generally start in Stage 1, our Partial Care Program (PHP) where they stabilize and work with our team of physicians and therapists for 20+ hours per week. Many patients want to avoid a residential or hospitalization program, which puts them under 24-hour surveillance and requires them to stay in the facility for the duration of the treatment. All of Oakvine’s treatments are done on an outpatient basis, which means that patients don’t require such hospitalization. Depending on the severity of your case, Oakvine offers three stages of outpatient care.
Upon stabilizing and successfully completing Stage 1, clients gently transition to Stage 2, which features our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program. IOP offers more flexibility for clients who are concerned about balancing their recovery with work or school commitments. The overarching goal remains the same: to help each client to learn to manage their behaviors, triggers, and emotions in a way that effectively prevents relapse from occurring.
Our third and final Stage features our General Outpatient Program (OP). OP is at the lowest end of the scale of restrictiveness. In our General Outpatient Program, Oakvine provides the same range of therapies and treatment services, but clients have increasingly demonstrated an ability to represent responsible behavior. Here, the focus is on helping clients transition successfully to every-day life.
At Oakvine we understand that each client is unique, as is their substance use disorder. Clients enroll in our programs at different stages depending on where they are in the recovery process and every client receives a customized treatment plan throughout our 3-Stage process.
